America's Jizya?

                                                           America's Jizya?

For those who don't know the definition of Jizya, this is from Wikipedia:

Under Islamic law, jizya or jizyah (Arabic: جزيةǧizyah IPA: [dʒizja]; Ottoman Turkish: cizye;) is a per capita tax levied on a section of an Islamic state's non-Muslim citizens, who meet certain criteria. The tax is and was to be levied on able-bodied adult males of military age and affording power[1] (but with specific exemptions).[2] From the point of view of the Muslim rulers, jizya was a material proof of the non-Muslims' acceptance of subjection to the state and its laws, "just as for the inhabitants it was a concrete continuation of the taxes paid to earlier regimes."[4] In return, non-Muslim citizens were permitted to practice their faith, to enjoy a measure of communal autonomy, to be entitled to the Muslim state's protection from outside aggression, and to be exempted from military service and the zakat taxes obligatory upon Muslim citizens.

Muslims are real quick to say that was in the past. Wrong. Here is a modern day example translated by MEMRI:

Egyptian Cleric Dr. Khaled Said: U.S. Aid to Egypt Constitutes Jizya Tax
Following are excerpts from an interview with Egyptian cleric Dr. Khaled Said, which aired on Al-Hafez TV (via the Internet) on March 17, 2013.

Khaled Said: "If the revolution declares a framework for dealing with the West and America – they will accept it, kiss our hands, and double the aid they give us. We consider this aid to be jizya [poll tax], not regular aid."

Interviewer: "Is this the rhetoric of the revolution?"

Khaled Said: "It certainly is."

Interviewer: "The aid the Americans give us is the jizya tax they have to pay?"

Khaled Said: "Yes, it is. They pay it for the right of passage through our airspace and territorial waters."

Interviewer: "They pay to keep us quiet?"

Khaled Said: "They pay so that we will let them be."

Interviewer: "Is that a fatwa?"

Khaled Said: "Indeed. The aid constitutes jizya.
[…]
"We must strive to realize the goals of the revolution, and to establish a sovereign, Arab Islamic state in Egypt. Then this state will impose payment of aid upon America as jizya, in exchange for allowing it to realize its interests – the ones that we approve, get it?
"They must pay reparations for destroying our country and the Islamic nation – them and others in the West – so that we will agree to cooperate with them."

Interviewer: "But this is not what jizya means."

Khaled Said: "Nevertheless, I call it jizya."

Now for what the Qu'ran says:

Qur'an (9:29) - "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."

Now for what the hadith says:

Muslim (19:4294) - There are many places in the hadith where Muhammad tells his followers to demand the jizya of non-believers.  Here he lays down the rule that it is to be extorted by force: "If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them"

Bukhari (53:386) - The command for Muslims to spread Islamic rule by force, subjugating others until they either convert to Islam or pay money, is eternal: Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:-- "Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master."  This is being recounted during the reign of Umar, Muhammad's companion and the second caliph who sent conquering armies into non-Muslim Persian and Christian lands (after Muhammad's death).

Ishaq 956 & 962 - "He who withholds the Jizya is an enemy of Allah and His apostle."  The words of Muhammad.

America sends Billions of Dollars to Muslim dominated countries every year.  Many of these countries are our sworn enemies.  They are heavily influenced by the Muslim Brotherhood whose stated mission is the destruction of Israel and the establishment Islamic rule over the entire world. There are those on the left who like to say it is a " small minority " of Muslims who want this. Wrong.  Here is a small sample from some very reputable polling companies:

World Public Opinion: 61% of Egyptians approve of attacks on Americans
32% of Indonesians approve of attacks on Americans
41% of Pakistanis approve of attacks on Americans
38% of Moroccans approve of attacks on Americans
83% of Palestinians approve of some or most groups that attack Americans (only 14% oppose)
62% of Jordanians approve of some or most groups that attack Americans (21% oppose)
42% of Turks approve of some or most groups that attack Americans (45% oppose)
A minority of Muslims disagreed entirely with terror attacks on Americans:
(Egypt 34%; Indonesia 45%; Pakistan 33%)
About half of those opposed to attacking Americans were sympathetic with al-Qaeda’s attitude toward the U.S.

Now we get back to is this money we send to these countries a Jizya?  This is just a small portion of what we send to these countries:

$200 million to Jordan, but a total of over $650 million planned for this year. $1.56 billion for Egypt. $40.6 Million for Sudan. $351 Million for Ethiopia. $74 Million for Somalia. $66 Million Madagascar. $316 Million Mozambique. $600 Million Nigeria. $76.6 Million Yemen. Its hard to tell for sure on the Palestinians because they do it so many different ways, it APPEARS with all the different ways they are giving them money, over $2 Billion for fiscal year 2013.

This is a link to a 37 page report on how much we send each year.

Below are two links to articles. One from a left leaning publication, one from a right leaning one.

Why do we send all of this money, or Jizya to these countries that despise us and Pray for our demise?  We are over 16 Trillion in debt. We are making cuts in our Military. furloughing employees. Cutting back our border security.  It makes no sense.

We should take the money we send them to open up our oil and natural gas exploration. Build refineries. Create an infrastructure to make it easier for people to convert their cars to natural gas. This would make our economy boom, and cut off the unlimited money supply to people who want us dead, or to submit to their rule.

President Obama's Civil War Coming to America?

President Obama's  Civil War Coming to America?

I will soon be 54 years old.  In my life I've never seen a more divisive President.  This time I fear the want to be Dictator will go to far. Keep your hands off our Guns President Obama, you and other politicians like you have been slowly taking away our freedoms for quite some time.  A little "nudge" here, a little "tweak" there and our freedoms have been eroding.

We have shamelessly already allowed politicians and the Supreme Court twist the First Amendment around to make this - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.- keep our  children from Praying in schools; before football games; take down Nativity scenes and Crosses from public areas; remove the Ten Commandments from Public Buildings and places they had been for many, many years. We have allowed them to take the First Amendment and twist it around to use it as a war on Christianity.

We've also allowed them to twist the Constitution around in such a way they sanction the killing of babies.  According to the Guttmacher Institute, there were 1.21 million abortions performed in the United States in 2008, the most recent year for which data is available. This amounts to 3,322 abortions per day. Since the legalization of abortion in 1973, there have been approximately 50 million abortions performed in the United States.

Now we have Obamacare. In it a mandate that requires business owners who oppose the abortion pill and oppose birth control pills on religious grounds to provide those benefits to their female employees.

Enough is enough!

Without the Second Amendment, we have no way to maintain our Bill of Rights.  These rights are given to us by God, NO man should try to take them away. Men and women have died protecting these rights and passing them down from generation to generation.  It would be very foolish for any politician to believe American men and women won't step up and die defending our rights again.

We live in a dangerous world. Acts of terror are committed every day.  Now, at this point politicians are trying to take away or infringe on our rights, why?  If we are in so much danger that the DHS needs to purchase 1.6 BILLION rounds of ammunition, why would the want to take away or infringe?  Why are they refusing to explain to Congress why the needed such a massive amount of ammunition as well as armored personnel carriers etc..?

Please read the entire Second Amendment below:

Amendment 2 - Right to Bear Arms

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Now please read what our founding fathers said about the Second Amendment:

The Founding Fathers on the Second Amendment

"I ask, Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them."
George Mason
Co-author of the Second Amendment
during Virginia's Convention to Ratify the Constitution, 1788
"A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves …"
Richard Henry Lee
writing in Letters from the Federal Farmer to the Republic, Letter XVIII, May, 1788.
"The people are not to be disarmed of their weapons. They are left in full posession of them."
Zachariah Johnson
Elliot's Debates, vol. 3 "The Debates in the Several State Conventions on the Adoption of the Federal Constitution."
"… the people are confirmed by the next article in their right to keep and bear their private arms"
Philadelphia Federal Gazette
June 18, 1789, Pg. 2, Col. 2
Article on the Bill of Rights
"And that the said Constitution be never construed to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the Press, or the rights of Conscience; or to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms; …"
Samuel Adams
quoted in the Philadelphia Independent Gazetteer, August 20, 1789, "Propositions submitted to the Convention of this State"

The Founding Fathers on Arms

"Firearms stand next in importance to the constitution itself. They are the American people's liberty teeth and keystone under independence … from the hour the Pilgrims landed to the present day, events, occurences and tendencies prove that to ensure peace security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable … the very atmosphere of firearms anywhere restrains evil interference — they deserve a place of honor with all that's good."
George Washington
First President of the United States
"The supposed quietude of a good man allures the ruffian; while on the other hand arms, like laws, discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as property. The same balance would be preserved were all the world destitute of arms, for all would be alike; but since some will not, others dare not lay them aside … Horrid mischief would ensue were the law-abiding deprived of the use of them."
Thomas Paine
"To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them."
Richard Henry Lee
American Statesman, 1788
"The great object is that every man be armed." and "Everyone who is able may have a gun."
Patrick Henry
American Patriot
"Are we at last brought to such humiliating and debasing degradation, that we cannot be trusted with arms for our defense? Where is the difference between having our arms in possession and under our direction and having them under the management of Congress? If our defense be the real object of having those arms, in whose hands can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own hands?"
Patrick Henry
American Patriot
"Those who hammer their guns into plowshares will plow for those who do not."
Thomas Jefferson
Third President of the United States
"The constitutions of most of our States assert that all power is inherent in the people; that … it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; … "
Thomas Jefferson
letter to Justice John Cartwright, June 5, 1824. ME 16:45.
"The best we can help for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed."
Alexander Hamilton
The Federalist Papers at 184-8

The Founding Fathers on Maintaining Freedom

"The greatest danger to American freedom is a government that ignores the Constitution."
Thomas Jefferson
Third President of the United States
"There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters. "
Noah Webster
American Lexicographer
"The people never give up their liberties but under some delusion."
Edmund Burke
British Statesman, 1784
"What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. Let them take arms."
Thomas Jefferson
to James Madison
"They that give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."
Ben Franklin
American Statesman

Is there anything above that states our Second Amendment rights are for hunting or sporting? Anything in it that limits what kind of firearms?  At the time The Bill of Rights were written, and individual could own any type of weapon the Military could own.  There is NOTHING anywhere that limits weapon ownership to a certain type of firearm or that limits them to weapons used for hunting or sporting.

I have a link at the bottom of this article to an article by The DC Clothesline I urge you all to read.

Mr. President, Members of Congress, I implore you, please don't push this.  This country does not need another Civil War.  All of our enemies are already plotting against us, don't give them even more of an advantage.
